My bad for not getting the BBY warranty! When they work they sound great, but not worth the headache. I should not have to use tape to improvise the poor head band design.

This essentially makes me keep the headset stay connected which defeats the point of it being wireless. The headset feels premium and looks premium but it sucks that it rarely keeps a charge.
