I bought this headset sunday, tried it on ONCE and the piece of the headband that holds the sides together just fell out. I did a little research and this is a common defect with this headset and once this happens the headset is basically done. You can put the piece back in but it will not stay in without having to either purchase a 3rd party item, 3D print a clip for it, or rig together a temporary fix. I looked in my local area for a set to exchange with and there wasnt any within driving distance from me. My next option was to contact logitech support (Logitech owns astro now) which is the biggest joke in the world. They told me i had to go through best buy because this is what their policy says to do but when i told them no best buy near me has the product they basically told me it wasnt their problem and i have to wait to use warranty because i shouldnt have bought them if i have a problem with buying things with defects. This defect is not mentioned by the company a single time on any form of media. This is the worst quality control, customer care, and example of ethics i have ever experienced by a company in my 25 years of life and i will never consider or recommend another astro product after this experience

These headphones have a nice soft ear padding that make wearing them for long periods of time mix amp software was easy to use and setup and the flip up mute with the mic is really nice

Absolutely comfortable and easy to setup. The sound quality is insanely clear and the bass is there when you need it.

I will say that i do really like this headset and the sound quality it produces. The only con that i have is the charging station. It just doesn't sit in the station and starts to charge. You basically have to play around with it until it indicates that it is charging. But overall a really good headset!

I have had these headphones for a month now, comfortable, sound quality is awesome once you get the EQ settings correct. Expensive, but best headset I’ve ever had. Upgraded from the Rig 800lx

Best headset I've used. Great surround sound. Great noise canceling. Can hardly hear outside noise while its on. Comfortable on the ear and head even after hrs of gaming.

Great headset, I am using it with my PC and setup is super easy and the sound is great. Upgraded from the A40 TR’s and there is a definite sound difference. Battery life is incredible as well

These are the best wireless headset on the market. The only drawback is the vague instructions on using the built in mixamp on the earcup. Other than that the sound and functionality is top notch.

these headphones are heavy and you feel it after awhile but if you can get them on sale they are for sure worth it

This headset is really good quality, the sound is clear. My favorite part is when you download the Astro Command Center on your pc you can adjust the microphone noise gate so it can eliminate background noise and pick up your voice clearer. The only issue I ran into was setting it up on the PS5 since it needed an optical cable adapter, but after getting the adapter it's basically plug and play!

These games have phones are awesome. You will not be disappointed. At least I was not, but other way they feel on my head and all my ears and I love the sound quality and the biggest thing of it all is the material that it is made out of is very doable, and flexible and you're getting more than what your money is worth, If you purchase these have phones for your gaming console.

I can't say enough about the quality of this product. To keep it frank, Movies, gaming, and music are taken to an entire new level with these. The dolby atmos compatibility is great. I will say the command center is a great feature for fine tuning and customizing each setting to your liking. I also highly recommend upgrading with the a50 Mod Kit, well worth the $30-$40. The mod kit mitigates a lot of the background noise and immerses you in the game, also better mic feedback. Pricey but worth it!

These things sounded really good, but needed regular firmware updates and their software was sub par. Glitchy as well, wouldn’t sync with my Xbox 1 without unplugging the base station and plugging them back in every time I booted the console. Finally stopped working altogether after just over a year of use. Wouldn’t take a charge or sync with the base station. WAY overpriced for performance like that. Thankfully I bought the protection plan. Returned em for some cheaper Razers that I actually like better. The Razer phones have Bluetooth so I can listen to music from my phone or computer while gaming.

Sound/dolby is great however they chirp and need reconnected every once in a while. Also the headband cushion pops off constantly but nothing a little super glue won’t fix.

These were an early Christmas gift for my son when his others died out. He said they are by far the best pair he has ever had! The clarity is awesome and the comfort of the headset is better than ever before!

It’s a great headset and my friends swear by it, I’ve had the A10’s for years and my friends kept telling me to upgrade. After a while I decided to purchase these and although they’re great they just weren’t for me. The sound quality was lacking a bit and was just off. They’re loud and have great base, but like I said they weren’t for me. I’m used to a different feel and sound.

Great pair of headphones. Super loud and easy to connect to ps5 and pc. Highly recommend for any gamer.
