The head is completely unusable without being updated, so you need to manually search for a update that works for you, its different for everyone. If none of this has detered you, you are getting a good headset, but you have been warned.

It sounds great, works great, and I love the base station and charging solution. Its an incredible experience - while its working. Its been not even 2 months (of admittedly heavy usage) between work, gaming, and music/video consumption. The drivers have blown out a specific frequency causing robotic effects on most voices and some sounds.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound quality definitely improved from there previous model but the quality of the build was poor I had my previous model for 5 years and never no issues with build quality or sound quality, these I have had to re-tight screws that’s fell out on there own, the cushion that sits on the top of your head would pop out with the plastic if you opened them too wide to put them on your head and I have to kids so they were not in heavy use for all that to be happening and even swapped the pair out for a replacement and the exact same thing happened.

I enjoy using them. Although when the volume is max there is static so I that is a bit annoying but i got used to it

I'm not really sure why you need that but in the same room, I know these won't disconnect. I've walked into other rooms while listening to music or on discord and I'm surprised at the range and how well people can hear me. These were also louder than the competition which is why I went with these and ended up returning the competition at the same price point. These come with simulated dolby atmos, I would highly recommend leaving that off as it gets really echoey and just let your computer handle the sound directly.
