Good headset but I constantly ran into issues where the battery was dead which normally isn’t a problem because you just plug it in. Well.. with this headset you cannot charge and play at the same time. So you need to make sure you put it on the dock. The dock is sensitive it has to be placed on it just right. There was specifically two nights I woke up to it and it wasn’t charged. Which is very inconvenient when you can’t plug it in via charging cord. Especially when you play games that require communication and or work that requires a headset.

Love Astros , due to I have a big head and they are more durable than other gaming headsets brands. The surround sound and game chat experience is amazing. Noise cancelation is amazing. The wireless headset comes with a stand with ability to connect to console and pc . The wireless charging stand shows battery life and surround sound option the headset is on.Make sure to get the headset that matches your console. Only downside was its not Bluetooth connectivity to devices, but fear not that there are devices I discover from videos to help get a minor use of Bluetooth connectivity to use on the device.

Best head set iv used for my pc they are heavy but they audio is great

Works very well, no issues so far. Comfortable to wear easy to set up and use. Battery use seems good recharge every 3rd day.

Had these headphone for a year and without a doubt it is the best headphone I’ve used so far. It’s not light weight, for those who game for long hours. There’s settings you can customize, on a computer. It also has your basic settings already on the headphones. Mic on the headphone is superb, doesn’t pickup much on background noises. Will definitely make you sound different when you are making an upgrade

I give these Excellent Rating even though I'm returning them. Iv had Gen 3 Astro A50's for years now, love them. These Gen 4 Astros are even better. Great Sound quality, great build quality. The Microphone could be improved for this price point, but its not a terrible mic. My issue is they are SLIGHTLY smaller than the Gen 3, and my big head/ears just don't quite fit. After a few hours my lower ear lobes start to get sore... so unfortunately its not going to work out.

The headset sound quality and battery life are amazing but the firmware was a huge pain in the butt to get updated. I was ready to return the things until I hard reset them for the 3rd time and the firmware finally took. Other than that lain they are the best headphones I've ever owned.

I’ve had this for a month in half now and I gotta say I really love them really comfortable and works very well with the Xbox I could hear footsteps really clear and it helps

Astro/logitech has fallen hard, their products have gone downhill a lot. The gen 1 and 2 were solid 5stars but gen3 and 4 all have the same problems of firmware not updating and having to factory reset to use, one gen4 came out of the box with bad popping noises before shutting itself off until you unplug then plug it back in. Previous gen3 had to be rma after a month in and they sent a referbished one that ened up doing the same thing. These after gen2 seem to have a use life of one year two if youre lucky before it begins to pop and killitself. Its a great product, 10 years ago. I don't recomend getting these anymore, youre betteroff getting a steel series.

This thing never loses a charge as long as your ps4 is in rest mode. It is very comfortable. Charging stand is kind bad you have to double check and make sure its docked correctly

Bought for my husband. He loves them. Sound is great, only thing we found is the top piece that sits on top of his head kept coming apart, so we had to improvise. Maybe they have fixed this issue, but im not sure.

Great range on this headset battery life is very good but the only issue I have is the headset does not remain assigned to the console (xbox series x) and I have to unplug the base every single time i join a party and that gets it to work

They are much very comfortable and soft. Hearing is 10/10 for me! By far the best headsets. I can hear footsteps more clearer. I totally recommend!

Headset comfort is excellent. When you put the headset down, it shuts off and saves power, although when you put it back on, the auto default volume level goes back to normal, which is annoying—only complaint.
