Very decent headset but could be a little more sturdy if you’re a heavy gamer.

Use for work and class. Amazing range and quality. The price is a bit much but product makes it worth it.

Worth the price point, if you can afford it. The only discomfort I ever felt with them was after raiding in a game for 6 hours straight, and that went away within a few minutes of taking them off. Sound quality is very good, even more so on PC if you spend the money to get Dolby Atmos or DTX. You definitely don't get the best sound out of them with Windows Sonic. And being able to swap them between console and PC is very handy as well. The only part that was a bit disappointing was the mic; people told me they could hear the game sounds over my mic, which I couldn't figure out.

This headset is a major step up from my previous header in term of sound. One minor complain is that the head cushion keeps falling off or popping out of place. if it was fixed it would be 5 stars

Comfortable sounds good BUT doesn’t work on ps5 no 3D audio requires another purchase. Until they update it it’s not good for new consoles

These headphones replaced a worn out wired headset from Hyper X. Being wireless is fantastic and it was exceptionally easy to connect this headset to my PC and begin using right away. The auto mute feature when you flip up the microphone was an unexpected bonus.

Crapped out after three months on me. I'm assuming what I got was a manufacturer dud, however the support from both Astro and Best Buy is abysmal at best and has tainted my opinion of both of them. Now let's get to it. When working great and again, I'm going to assume most average pairs do work great for a far longer period of time. Audio is clean and crisp, it's easy to pinpoint enemy locations when you can hear their footsteps or voices even behind you. The headset is also extremely comfortable through even long sessions of use. They also deafen outside noises extremely well and the adjustments that can be made independent to each ear cup is a glorious feature. Mic audio seems pretty standard, teammates can hear me with no muffling and I can yell at people through death coms confidently! My troubles began roughly starting 03/25/2021 with the usual audio problems you would expect. Audio not coming through the headset or the mic no longer picking up my voice. Easy, check windows settings, power cycle headset, check for firmware updates, reinstall drivers. Usual run of the mill fixes, but the problems have persisted. 04/15/2021, Astro Gaming customer service is useless as they just recommend I keep repeating the above troubleshooting. Already past the disgustingly short Best Buy return period. So on 04/22/2021 I decide it may be something else on Windows causing the issues, run an elevated command prompt and "/sfc scannow" to repair damaged windows files, no fix the audio and mic are still cutting and it's becoming more frequent. 04/25/2021, decide to reinstall windows and install a new SSD, hey we may as well make sure it's a fresh and better drive if we're gonna do a full reinstall. Headset is working beautifully. 04/29/2021 friends can hear my game audio in Discord chat even when the mic is turned up in the muted position, switching to normal desktop speakers instead of headset, they can no longer hear game audio. Turn back to headset and they can hear my game audio again. I'm going to attempt a warranty replacement through Astro. If Best Buy allows updates to reviews, I will happy update in due time if a replacement resolves the issues and mine is truly just a manufacturer dud.

My boyfriend loves this headset. It's louder than all the other ones he's had I can hear it into the other room if he puts it on full blast and the charging stand looks really cool when it's fully charged. The mic works really well and has crisp sound to it as well

Pricey purchase but you get what you paid for! Don’t regret it one bit sounds too good! So comfortable & the audio is extra sharp & clean.

The headphones are fantastic. The audio and comms are great however the top piece of my headphones constantly falls off for headphones that cost over 300$ you would think this wouldn’t even be an issue.

This headet is unbelievable. It has crip clear sound and works well with gaming consoles.

The sound is very good. Using the docking station to connect the headsetto my PC as well as charge it, is very well-designed. Unfortunately, I had to end up returning these after just a few days. They had one fatal flaw for me: They were not very comfortable, and they seemed to slip off my head. Even though I adjusted the headphones to have a tighter, more secure fit, this stopped them from slipping off of my head, but this caused EVEN MORE discomfort than I was already experiencing. Considering the price of these headphones, I was overall pretty disappointed with how the build quality felt, which probably factored into the comfort. Exchanged them for a pair of HyperX Cloud Wireless and they're much better.

I was hesitant to purchase this for some time because of the price tag, but this is the only wireless headset that works with the Elgato without the need for the chat link cable so eventually I decided to bite the bullet and purchase. I'm so happy I did because I love it and its SO nice being able to move around without worrying about taking the controller with me or accidentally yanking the cable out because I forgot.

I like them a lot the sound quality is good the wireless is great but the battery life is a fail they die pretty quickly.

Good gaming headset but honestly feel for the price they should have been a little nicer and or have more functions.
