I bought these on Apr 15, 2021. They have served me well. I will say that firmware updates can be tricky because of their software. The battery finally died last night 4/29/2023. iFixIt.com rates the replacement of the battery as difficult because you have to desolder the connectors and then you'll need to glue the new battery back in. The replacement battery is only about $20 so I'll order it today. The reason I'm not recommending this product isn't because of its quality. I'm not recommending it because of their design choice on battery replacement. I believe they made this difficult to replace because they know impatient gamers will just go buy another headset rather than try and replace the battery. If that's what a person wants to do then that is fine but $20 for a replacement battery would leave more money for games ;) Just buy something cheaper ;)

Sound quality is on par with the price e.i. worth the money. Only complaint is the material they use to surround the ear, initially it is comfortable but tends to rub me raw after taking on and off a few times.

Took a while for me to get used to. It was crazy. But I love it especially for open box just was kinda dirty.

Had to replace them 2 times going to my third time

Reason was because the screws that would hold the headpiece would always come loose and would be unable to adjust the headset at all, this would happen around the 3 to 4 month mark. I still have my Warranty so I might replace them again since the Audio Quality on the Headphones are top notch. If this persists, then I'll just have to look for another brand sadly.
