Reason was because the screws that would hold the headpiece would always come loose and would be unable to adjust the headset at all, this would happen around the 3 to 4 month mark. I still have my Warranty so I might replace them again since the Audio Quality on the Headphones are top notch. If this persists, then I'll just have to look for another brand sadly.

The steel series 9x i traded them for is a $100 less is more comfortable does not sound any better or worse than the astros that i returned. just as much of an advantage in games like halo and call of duty can clearly tell which direction sounds are coming from…. For me i would recommend the steel series… only thing i preferred with the astro was the equalizer. I cant seem to find how to mess with mic monitering setting on my steel series and cant seem to find a equalizer for it either but they sound good and no i do not work for the steel series brand just would reccomend for comfort price and quality over the astro a50s

It feels very cheap and lacks features. Some will find it superior to other brands, and that's okay, but for me, there's definitely better out there. I have them, and I returned them after a week of use.

However, I was disappointed to find that it is not fully compatible with ps5 out of the box and you will need a separate adapter for full potential sound quality. It will work without it, but I've yet to receive the adapter to compare with and without it.

Some people see 300$ and say no too expensive. In my opinion they are worth every penny for gaming movies music everything. Dont know what i would do if i were to harm these headphones in any way

Plenty of battery life easy to hook up and use. They have superb surround sound with separate talk and game volume. I cant say enough good things about these. This is my second pair and love them.

Sound quality is on par with the price e.i. worth the money. Only complaint is the material they use to surround the ear, initially it is comfortable but tends to rub me raw after taking on and off a few times.
