I bought this headset because i heard good things about it. I was disappointed to find out that the padding on the top of the headset can pop off easily and if you have a big head like mine it because a huge annoyance. It would pop off everytime i put it on my head. Or while im wearing it one side would unclasp. Its a great headset. Sound quality is top tier. Just wouldn't recommend if you have a big head. Not until they fix that issue

definitely update when you get them or they won’t work. Need to adjust eq in setting with computer as well. Once set up it’s a pretty good headset. Buy the different ear pads for sure. Much quieter and easier to hear then.

Amazing Quality! the charge last really long best wireless headset I’ve ever used.

((Tldr at bottom))The sound quality is good, and the build quality feels good. Though I dislike how the base station is set up too many wires, and you need to update this using the Astro command center app. I had to reset these headsets way too many times and they did break after falling once off a desk. Do not recommend: too many wires, needs application to update the headset or it won't work properly. Took a short fall and wouldn't turn on after that.

Comfortable wear and the sound is A1. The microphone provides great quality according to my friends.

Construction is solid but has too many connection and sound issues. My set would not connect to the ps4 unless I went into the ps4 and changed the setting. Would frequently lose sound and require a full reset of the base. Firmware updates would not fix it and was unable to find a fix for it. Lastly the charging base was too finicky to overlook. It’s a shame because I loved the look and feel of the headset but the connection issues occurred too frequently to ifgnore

Decently comfortable.the top pad easily falls out which makes it uncomfortable when it does. Mic does not always connected properly.

Its a really great headset. I use it all day before work and also after. The sound is very clean and im able to hear a lot of movement with it too. The onlything that ive noticed is a static noise coming from it from time to time. I also enjoy how the volume controls and muting the mic is all connected on the headset itself.

Headphone are great, the sound quality is amazing and you get what you pay for. The headphones make the whole gaming experience that much better give you the sense that you’re actually there due to the surround sound.

Best PC headset I have ever owned. Used it mainly for gaming but also listened to some music. The customization of the audio elements is amazing, have not seen anything else like this. This headset lets you customize different audio profiles for the best listening experience for gaming, music or movies. This headset is at the top of the list, with the Arctis 7 or 9 at close second.

More comfortable and better sound than the PlayStation headsets.

The charging station is the biggest problem here. Turtle beach charging station was less problematic. That being said it does work with a little effort. They sound very good and I highly suggest the mod kit if u like rich bass.

Great sound and build quality but the cushion on the head is a bit rough compared to the previous generation of the same headphone. If gaming for long periods of time, consider purchasing the A50 mod kit for better comfort.

Very comfortable to wear, very good audio quality. Wireless allows freedom of movement.
