In the beginning I did have a little bit of confusion on how to use the subscription Dolby Atmos with the head set. I did try to find YouTube videos explaining how to do this but honestly found zero content. So if you notice on the dock it has the Dolby emblem and a star emblem, Once you activate your subscription you open up the app on your Xbox or PC (Dolby studio) set it up and boom it’s ready and make sure you follow the instructions. Once you got that done make sure your headset is on the star emblem and enjoy the experience. I did have to Contact Astros customer service line to confirm this information. Shout out to the homie James from Astros for helping me out.

They aren’t the cheapest headset on the market yet I have to spend 20 minutes everyday troubleshooting for them to connect to my device. They honestly aren’t worth it when they cause me a headache before I can even play my game.

There's a software malfunction everyone seems to be having after a while of using and I'm receiving those errors. The headset goes out when it wants and the base station is now doing the same. Tried troubleshooting like they were doing on YouTube and got some luck with the headphones, but the base station, none at all. This situation currently has me giving up on streaming gameplay. The sound quality is phenomenal but you can get that same quality from Turtle Beach headsets. I've been a Turtle Beach fan for ages; never had any issues. I should have continued that. Regardless of who tells you these headphones are great be sure you collect the cons of the headset as well.

The speaker drum quality is low, no rumble, can’t get headset loud enough to even need to turn down. The headband is extremely uncomfortable and doesn’t stay together (see zip tie in photo lol). Mic mute broke. I’ve had for almost 2 years and baby all my electronics. Plus: volume controls on earpiece work well, battery life is phenomenal However, comfort, sound, and reliability trump those two great features
