In the past month I have had 2 pairs of these headsets I returned the first one because I had to speak loudly for my voice to get picked up by the mic. With the second pair, I had to reset it out of the box because I couldn't adjust the game/voice audio. Afterwards, I learned that it picked up my voice better but it randomly cut in and out. The sound quality was great and you can hear small details other headsets don't pick up. I came to these from the A20's and they were great. I was just trying these out to see the difference but my experience was ruined due mic issues. This may have been a bad batch but this is my first impressions.

Grabbed these when my gen 3's started to have issues with disconnecting constantly after 2 years of everyday use. Haven't had a single issue with these gen 4's . Super comfortable headset. Definitely worth it if you have the money considering they've held up pretty well for me in the past. I know some people have had nothing but issues with astro headsets, maybe I've just been lucky

You can feel the quality in this headset. Very sturdy , you definitely get what you pay for, and that's top. Dont think just buy you won't regret it at all. I hear things ive never heard before.

They are really confutable but a lot of noise get in the audio lack a lot I have to return them , they keep breaking in the top part you don’t really have a really good spatial hearing so on fps it’s no very helpful but it has Dolby atmos (sometimes you can tell the difference) for the price you can get something better

Love them. Great sound and great for gaming. Able to change out pieces easily. Like that i can move the mic up and its mutes me so I can talk outside the game. The price tag is spendy on these but I do like them alot.

Amazing Astro headphones for gaming! A real game changer and staple for the headphone collection.

Seem to have an ongoing issue with xbox and this device. Lose sound and mic and have to unplug power from the base unit to get it back. Sound is otherwise great. I would recommend but customer service is lacking.

My son is very happy with his wireless headphones and we are very satisfied with customer service very helpful and friendly staff we love everything we have purchased at Best buy no problems at all

Nicely cuts out the room noise but you can still hear. Wireless is great.

Just recently bought and really loved them but i would hear a popping noise every so often. Tried updating and issue persisted. Looks like it might have been an older version. (Usb side that plugs into xbox was much thicker and didnt sit that well on dock). Swapped them out and now no issue and the audio is great.

Love the Gaming Audio and Mic Clarity from this HeadPhones. Sound is so clear especially when playing FPS and there are many configuration modes to choose between with a dedicated button to cycle through them so you can quickly change the mode without having to close or minimize the game. There are 2 issues though, Software requires a little work. It is not very user friendly. Also with charging dock you its not always charges as the dock pins do not meet. You have to always ensure that it connects properly.

I use these to do Discord calls around the apartment, and these work *so* well. At least 30 feet away I can carry a conversation with friends from the kitchen while the office is across several walls. Also love that the game audio is separate from voice audio, though I wish the audio adjustment for both on the headphones were a bit more intuitive. Otherwise great!

Use it for my pc works great if you have windows installed, works great for conole /ps5
