Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Here was my problem: I hooked it up to the PlayStation using the usb to the charging pad , I also had the optical plugged into the charging pad(there’s no spot on ps5 for this so the other end was just hanging) I had it plugged into the pad regardless. When talking in ps5 chat it had a horrible echo rendering it useless for chatting , i was ready to return it until I unpluged the optical and only had the pad itself plugged into the usb on the ps5. Then the echo disappeared and the headset worked as expected , hope this helps someone

Works much better with Dolby Atmos or DTS:X, and I don’t have the connection quality issues I had before. Overall, no regrets for this quality headset. Even my friends say how much clearer I sound with them while in party chat.

The headband has a cheap cushion and the ear cups feel cheap. I have to restart my Xbox X every time just to get headset to pair. You can’t even update the firmware (updating the firmware is also a long and difficult process) through the Xbox even though the base is connected directly to the console. The only saving grace is the sound quality. For all the money I paid, I expected better.

The setup manual doesn’t use words, but unobvious diagrams. Little overpriced when you compare it to cheaper headsets.
