Is that I can go outside n can still hear the audio of the game when I wanna mute my self .I just lift up the mic up and it does it’s job

Did end up returning these. Because they had a low frequency buzzing tone in them. After getting accclimated to the steelseries, I was able to pick up on this tone almosf immedietly. Will purchase the best steelseries possible in due time. I also enjoy the fact you get 2 seperate bartteries in certain steel models, so you never have to wait in charging. And even then, if your batteries wear out, they offer more online. Trying to make my money stretch, and sometimes you have to spend a pretty penny for quality. I am willing to do so.

But you are unable to charge the headset while the PlayStation is in rest mode and now my headset does not work. I’m going back n forth with Astro to see if I can get the issue resolved.

Battery drained out of no where. At some point they were turning on and off by themsevles. About to go pick up my second pair because the first pair have officialy given out. Had them for almost a year. Sound quality is amazing ill give them that. I dont know if there is a life expentacy on the headset or not.

Astro is not great at designing their website or training tech support. There is another version of the Astro Command Center that is not downloaded from the windows store. The way you get to it is by going to the Astro website, and instead of hovering over support and clicking software, just click the header "support." This will bring you directly to the windows download version that comes directly from the Astro site. This version worked perfectly and I am no longer having any issues. Unfortunately, this was not something that tech support was aware of.

Dolby Atmos setting really amplifies the sound quality as well. Microphone also reads my voice well and never had an issue with communicating with friends.

You won’t go wrong with these.

The connection was simple but the headphones had hard to syncing to Xbox every now and then but overall great headphones
