Head cusion broke off within first week of using and seems to be a common issue. Head cusion is held by clips, and the cusion would just pop off. Tried wearing headset with out cushion but made it very uncomfortable to wear. So i took them back and exchanged them for the Steelseries Pro Wireless.

Accurate sound, crazy customization options, and easy set up. The headset will automatically shut off when you take them off and power on when you put them on. Price is high, but worth the money to me.
