It will not update and because of that I can no longer use them on Xbox also there is no customer service from Astro. All in all they’re not worth it at all until they fix everything !

At this price point, I expect a little bit more quality in all aspects of the product, and the mic is average at best. I almost considered 3 stars for this one flaw, but everything else checked each box. I would recommend this headset if someone identified this one as one they would like, however, I would recommend a cheaper model if $$ was an issue at all.

I but this headset works great I love its wireless easy setup I know its high price but its worth the money.

These are mor comfortable but the sound isnt that mich more quality than most. Totally over priced considering what it does.
