When i upgraded to the series X i had to download the patch to make them work over the USB connection. First off... this headset came out in 2019 why are we using micro USB?? Second the sound is good if you dont get this static echo. Its very annoying and i see on reddit many people are having this issue. I used this on 2 dirent series X and 1 series S. Issue remains. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a higher end headset.

I have been using it for about 2 months now and would totally recommend it.
