There’s been instances at other companies where they get mad at returns but every associate I’ve ever gotten in contact with at the Roseville location and Northwest Sacramento location have been great. 10 out of 10 would recommend to friends and family

Go with turtle beach, these suck.

After reaching out to astro they were quick to replace it. Two weeks goes by and the same issue with the new headset which can only lead me to believe i received a refurbished one. They have no customer service line to call. Im currently using my old Turtle Beach PX3 thats 8+ years old because my new 300 dollar headset sucks. In the interest of transparency, the headset is great when it works. Sounds good, super comfortable. Charging station is a nice addition.

Not good enough…

THEY JUST DONT CHARGE! I’ve tried so many times to charge them & they just won’t. They won’t charge by cord, they won’t charge on the charging station. They won’t charger after I hard reboot them, they won’t charge if I let them die, nothing. The headset itself is great. They won’t charge though. Go with the A40’s.
