Idk if I was just sold a broken headset, but these things are falling apart close to 5 months after purchase. Headband is constantly coming unhooked, headset disconnects all the time, I have to move the headset around a bunch on the docking station to get it to charge, and a lot of other problems. Save your money and buy a better brand/ headset.

The downfall is that this new version is not backwards compatible with the previous docking stations, so if you have others (ps4 & Xbox are separate) this version will not work as they can not pair due to the change of style.

But I updated the firmware and the sound still wasn’t loud enough ps5 settings were correct and turned up. Just felt like it had 3/4 sound. Not worth the price tag stealth 700 best headset for ps5 currently
