I think Astros are better than turtle beaches I like the good quality of the Astros wireless

I purchase this headset on 8/6/2020, they stopped working on 9/24/2020, i submitted a ticket to Astro Gaming on 9/25/2020 even called Logitech the parent company to be told i would have to wait for Astro Gaming support to respond. The headset is very comfortable and I have used plenty to know the difference, it comes with a base station and you have three preset for the audio. The main issue is pairing of the headset to the base station that becomes the issue. when this happens I tried updating the firmware, though this was the biggest mistake as the headset repeatedly failed to get firmware update, since it couldn't get out of bootloader mode, After about a week Astro gaming support responded with a way to manually update the firmware, though that failed as well. Again was told to update the firmware to get headset out of bootloader mode, i responded back to Astro support that i would like a RMA to get new replacement, after another week they approved my RMA request though they don't know when I'll receive the headset since the warehouse is on short staff due to Covid-19. So if you have money to burn and want a comfy headset by all means this is well worth it, until headset stops working and you need support, Only reason I didn't have to wait a month to get a response was I called Logitech and they put in a ticket to get a quicker response. Not to mention was unable to register my headset on website due link being broken. Overall really expensive headset, customer support not so good. Hopefully this doesn't happen to you.

Amazing sound quality. Light weight feel. Completely worth it. Highly recommend

Very good sound. I sometimes get disconnected with party chat and game chat, game volume. I think they could have made it easier to tell which is which.

Originally had the A40 and transitioned to the A50. Amazing!

10/10 recommend. This is the first headset that i get that isnt that cheap but it was well worth it. I especially liked that it came with all the necessary adapters that you need to connect it to your ps5.

Awesome. Had this over a year and hasn’t failed me once.

This will be long, I have a lot to say about these things. Firstly, I would not recommend. Don't get me wrong, it is good in terms of sound and I used these for playing games; However it is poorly made. The foam piece on top lost stick and has fallen off, the smallest screw ever has come out of the left headphone structure, making it droopy, and the middle connecting piece that the foam sticks to has come out. Ive had to tape it and it looks horrible... Further, when I originally got this headset the base station did not work and I had to get a new one; Fast forward about 1yr and 3 or so months later and the base does not work again. Astro's support team CANNOT get back to me and when they do, their advice does not help. Wasted $300 on these and the only thing stopping me from using it is the base station wont connect to my headset to charge them, the same problem I had when I first bought it. Thanks for reading.

Great Quality and overall excellent sound quality.

Headphones were delivered on time and as stated. After setup, headphones were working perfectly fine and as expected. After a day of charging and on the second day of us there was a buzzing and static in the left ear that would not go away at all. After multiple resets and looking online it seems this has been a known issue for these headphones that has not been corrected after being out for so long. If we cannot find a solution for them returning them will be the next option within the next few days.
