Terrible design
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m not sure why they designed a headset with a pop out middle piece that sits on top of your head. This thing pops off all of the time. I contacted Astro and they sent me a new one. It does the same exact thing. Pretty annoying for the price. Everything else is great but unfortunate that the head set is designed very poorly.
