Sometimes the top portion can hurt but once you adjust the cushion on top it’s fine. Never had any issues with it and it’s pretty sturdy for when you rage quit

I have tried every feasible troubleshoot for this headset to get them to be regularly recognized by my Series X. No solution works for more than a week. For the price you pay, these are not worth buying. I cannot believe Astro would make such a poor product.

I would pick something els and save some money

They’re wireless instead of wired. The only “con” is that its tight around my head(i do have a large head) but after a few days of use, it streched it out some!

Always unclips an falls off. I saw other reviews of others selling a piece for a quick fix or just gluing the parts to keep it stable. Also after a few months the headset stopped charging. The deck worked but the headset died. Tried using just a charging cable to it w/o deck am still no charging. Overall the heads set was great other then those issues.
