Comfortable kind of, the top plastic piece on headband wont stay together and the headset seems to have bad connection issues on both xbox and pc. Battery life is questionable doesnt seem to last as long as previous astro headset or other competitors. Sadly dont recommend these.

Was upgrading from model 3 of this. It has all the bells and whistles you'd expect. I fell like the quality of it is a step down. Besides that, its good.

I have owned Astro A50’s for the Xbox one for over a year, never had a problem with them and super easy to set up... I grabbed the new PS5 from Bestbuy and also purchased the Astro a50’s for PS4 (knowing I had to get an adapter to work on the PS5) Got home and followed the steps perfectly on setting up headphones. They didn’t work. I watch multiple setup videos and still couldn’t get the headphones to connect or even turn on. I returned those headphones and got the same ones thinking it was something wrong with the headset. Come to find out those didn’t work either. I went to get a new adapter piece and that didn’t work either. Finally after I went thru 3 diff A50’s and 3 diff adapters I said heck with it, and got the A40’s. A40’s were super easy to set up and sound just as good as A50’s. Idk if it was a defect in PS5 but my Astro a50’s won’t work on my PS5 and it was very frustrating having to return and try new ones. PlayStation can’t tell me anything or help me out because Astro is not a Sony product. Anyone else having this problem with connecting your PS5??

This headset is not worth 300$. First of you take it out put it on the dock and try to update firmware does not work just sits at 0 percent then fails. The fix for this ridiculous. I have another computer a laptop that I read to get the update to work you need 2 computers why? Finally got it updated turned it on and meh is the sound quality I would describe it as. It is way to quite and I’m using it for pc. The way I found to fix it was a guy who makes custom eq settings at www.thezeference.com he is what saved this headset for me. His eq settings made the headset so much better. That said for 300$ I am not impressed I spent 6 hours getting these things to the point of what I consider good. Buy at your own risk. The app to update the headset has a 1.5 star review for everything I mentioned. The ps4 version does not come with a Dolby atmos subscription only Xbox does so there is that. Dolby atmos did not sound better than windows sonic so who cares about that I guess.

High end. Expensive but good quality and good for gaming.

Great headset only downside is the material on the outside is peeling.

So I bought these because they didnt have the A40’s anymore. With the price difference I was expecting a better quality audio. I am not impressed, I am probably gonna return them and find something better.

I’m then the docking and messing with it to get it to charge and randomly dropping game sound with the lights going off and having to unplug it. It’s perfect

This is a great wireless option for Xbox and pc users.

I love my Xbox headset, I play Xbox more than PS5 so this headset definitely lets me enjoy my gaming experience a lot more.

I have purchased 4 of these headsets. I won’t use a different headset. I have also purchased a headset for my brother and my daughter.

I have had these for about 4-5 months now and so far have been working amazing haven’t had any issues at all and I’m loving them. Definitely recommend to anyone who is willing to spend the money for these!

A must have for all serious gamers. My kids love it!

Great but I seen a YouTube vid that after a while the mic part starts getting loose so I returned it and got the a40 plus the a40 u can change everything

Great headset for gamers and less wires is always a plus

I had the gen 3 A50s for years and never had any issues except for shorter charge over time, switched to the newest gen and have had nothing but issues. Sound quality is 5 stars but the head clip never staying in place and constantly sliding off my ears makes them my worst purchase of 2022.
