Struggled to get it setup, astros command center was not recognizing the headset when connected. Took about a good hour or two to actually connect and use, which is too long in my opinion. Sound quality was okay. Microphone input was just not good even with adjusting settings.

Really good headset but you need a pc to set it up properly if you wanna use it on Xbox

This headset is great, but sometimes you have to reset the base station to make the microphone work or show up. Pretty annoying.

Great product but make sure to have a computer to download and upload software. Wish it was a bit easier to adjust sound while playing

Good item,but the cushion part falls off easy, you have to use a hairtie to keep it in place. Other than that good item

Good high-quality headset only thing is if I’m going to be paying top dollar I don’t think it’s fair. You have to buy an HDMI adapter. Also the top cushion for your head always pops off

overall good headset. it does get uncomfortable after long gaming sessions. microphone tends to be choppy sometimes as well.

They cut out now and then, and go to sleep quite frequently. It gets anoying while playing games.

Had to return. Head piece kept coming off and would not stay snapped in. But sound quality pretty good

I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of help you find online in order to perfectly tune these on the Xbox Series X. For PC users, there are hundreds of videos but there are few videos to help Xbox users tune these to play games and hear footsteps. The lack of tutorials and help made me fail to find a nice balance between voice-chat and in-game audio. I'm not a tech expert so this was a huge drawback for me. I'm going to go with a simpler headset and wish for better luck. That being said, the audio you do hear in these sounds phenomenal. These are great for the person who knows how to perfectly tune the frequencies. I'm not that person so we are not a great fit.

i love these i think they are awesome but unfortunately not even 6 months of having them and the mic works sometimes and sometimes doesnt from moving it up and down from the mute or charging position. other than that the sound quality are awesome just wish they would have lasted me alot long especially for how expensive they are.

Overall they sound great and feel very comfortable but for 300$ they should come wjth everything incuded for the newest console. (Ps5) even advertises that its compatible.. yeah when you buy the xtra 50$ HDMI adapter..
