Good headset kinda confusing to get settings right other than that a good headset

Decent quality headset however, it’s really annoying that before using them I have to unplug the base from my console. Before. Every. Use. They are updated. It happens with any of the USB’s unplug it into. It’s annoying. The battery life definitely is not as long as it says. After about 3-4 hours it’s almost drained completely.

Best headset I’ve own. Can’t wait for the Astros A50x to be in stock because I’m buying it instantly!

Get the Razer Barracuda headset instead, dont waste time buying and returning these. If your an Astro product fan, they're great honestly, but Razer is better.

Almost too many audio setting and you can feel overwhelmed. I have friends with different headsets that hear sounds and footsteps way better than me. I get a lot of “dude you didn’t hear him behind you”

many features included hard to name all the pros, by far the best one is Dolby digital access included. The only con is not being able to use them on my phone ASTRO please add IOS or Android phone connectivity. I can wear them all day,

They are lighter than last model, more plastic but feel good, they sound amazing but mic had a lot of issuses and connection with my Xbox had issuse lots of times Xbox wouldn't register a headset so couldn't use the mic and the mic just randomly disconnects leaving you to unplug the base station to reset the device, great sound but definitely not worth the price

Utter waste of time and money. Headset recently decided to lock up with the power light on, couldn't turn on or off. Went through various fixes online, eventually got to reset the headset. Now it will not connect to the xbox at all. Have tried more resets, rebooted system, connected with the cord, tried everything but still will not connect. Manufacturer does not supply user manuals either. Hope you don't need to know anything about the product you just payed 300$ for! Avoid this headset at all costs.

Was great until it just started breaking down after a few months. Dock charging stopped working. Now the actual battery is dying. Won't hold a charge properly and will drop from like 25% to 0% seemingly without cause. oh and actually I had issues with the Dolby Atmos subscription for PC! It's supposed to just activate a license when you plug in the base station and install everything but it never did. ended up having to deal with Astro's support and they emailed me a Windows Store key to activate a Dolby Atmos subscription. like wtf? buy something else. i am really regretting telling my fiancee how much I liked these when I first got them which convinced her to get a pair a couple months after me. I am just waiting on hers to break now.

Hands the best headset on the market. The sounds, comfort and smart tech make it worth while.

This is my second pair and have worked great. The only complaint I have is that the paint started flaking off on my first pair right away.

For the price of the headset I am very disappointed in the overall quality. At first I really enjoyed it, didnt sound as good as the Sennheiser's I tried ( not surprised) but much much more comfortable as I have a big head. Now where the main issues really began to have issues was mostly in the charging system and the base stand as a whole when it would constantly fail to update firmware. That issue solved, months passed not really caring to update as more came out, but now the headset started to fall apart. A screw backed out of the headphone so the ear piece fell off, whatever no issues, I have tamper proof torx heads to re attach it. But now, still less than a year of owning it, the top head cushion is popping out of the headset making it very annoying to wear and in convenient, for the price of this headset I expected a much better quality control

I got these today for my Xbox Series X. All I can say is WOW. I had the Turtle Beach Stealth 700s and nothing but static. These are these best for the Series X. Awesome. Thank You Bestbuy!!!

These work amazing. I love the charging doc and the fact they they turn off and on varying head detection.

This was bought as a last minute Christmas gift. I was so relieved at the price Best Buy listed it and that it was in stock. The recipient couldn't have been happier !

The A50 headset is all around solid. I owned the original A50 wired headset from many years ago and this is as good as the original. However, my low start rating is due to the base station. It is just awful. You place the headphones into the base station and it feels like they should start charging. The magnets pull the headphones in and you can hear the pins connecting to the headphones. But they don’t start charging. You have to lift them up and set them down 10, 20, 30+ times before it starts to charge them. I’ve never had them start charging the first time I’ve put the headphones into the base station. What an awful experience for $300. I might look into swapping these out for a new pair since this base station actually seems like it is defective.

I down loaded the Dolby on xbox one x and it blew the sound off so I took them back and keeping my old Astro a50’s for the time being....
