Definitely went with Razer Blackshark v2 over these. Not worth the money. No noise cancellation. Mic feels very flimsy.

I advise getting the geek squad membership. It'll help. Also, the head support tends to pop off a bunch to the point it won't fit anymore. Maybe I just have a big head.

For those of us using next gen you have to update straight out the box using a PC/Mac . Or the volume will not be 100 percent , everything will be low .

Ended up returning them and keeping my a40s. Might try again later in the future.

Th plastic part on the headband kept coming loose. For a high end headset, it seems cheaply built. The sound is amazing. Have no complaints about sound quality.

Both times I had the headset stop updating firmware and become unusable a few months after the manufacturing warranty expired. The software to use this product also doesn't work and requires luck to fix.

Not comfortable there will be a squealing sound that comes out of the headset but for most part of it it's OK and normal. Ear pieces could be a lot more comfortable
