Too much Headache

It worked for about a year and then the constant updating that caused them to just stop working. The updaring of this headset makes no sense to me. Everytime they required an update I got nervous. Of course I would have to factory reset and re-update from bottom up. The app is abysmal and required to update. The app would RARELY have the update icon available when I needed it. I used them on xbox and I would have to unplug and connect to pc in order to update.

Tried their best but to be honest I wasn’t too into it. They sounded similar to the competitors in the same price range. I decided to go with some other ones because these were too big but I did like that it supported Dolby Atmos.

They broke bc my son, he is 4. So I had the geek squad and they replaced them for these. Had to pay $60 more but ok their new ones. Definitely not the best. I am returning them and buying turtle beach stealth 700. Going give them a try. Half the price.
