I rate there 1 star and here is my reason. First off they are very expensive compaired to others on the market. I ended up returning these because there is a knowen issue setting these up. Out of the box they require a update with a PC cant be done on a Xbox. I problem is they will not update on any pc that does have USB 2.0. All current pc on the market are usb 3.0/3.1. Many have found a workaround but it requires a old laptop to do it. Also charging is very picky and has to be in the base perfect. For sound I found they didnt seem very loud and to turn all the way up and just weak on the base side.

This was a gift for my bf who enjoys gaming alot, he's had it for over a month no complaints other than occasional sound issues but its probably due to internet connections. Great buy.

No regrets buying these headsets, if u like inmersion i would recomend these headsets

Well...purchased on Mar 20th 2021 and today is April 28 2021. Lasted a month but as of today my mic is shot. Since returns only last 1 week, I now have to message astros direct to try and get a replacement. Such a hassle. There are better $300 headsets out there. This one doesn’t even have Bluetooth connectivity which I didn’t think I would need but I do. The usb has to be connected so if you have a laptop expect the dock station to follow that everywhere it goes. If you plan on buying anyways because your a sucker like me, get the extended warranty, you just might need it for hassle free exchanging.

Audio settings are hard to setup so there is a learning curve.

Grabbed this to reduce stress on pressure points above ears; helped but still hurts after 30mins of wear. Center piece of headset band keeps popping off

Charging stand is a pain to get seated correctly, bigger issue is the headband constantly popping apart, literally had to fix with ductape. I would pay maybe $20 for this set, anything more is uterlly wasteful. Will be taking out to the range and blasting it with a 6.5 creedmore at 600yds for satisfaction, only way to get the value at this point.

He loves them he can game all day and night now. My son loves them too

This is the coolest headset functional new feature that actually impresses. Having the bass in your ears is exactly and actually better than the new Dolby Theater vibrating seats.

By far the best gaming headset out there!!! I use these on my PS5 & the set up is quite easy, everything works as it should!!

I had to return the initial one because after 1 day i was getting no sound. The replacement has been working o.k. so far, i had to reset it once due to no sound.

I have been trying to buy these for the past couple years but never pulled myself to spend the money. Now that I have, I can say they are definitely worth it.

This is a great birthday gift for your brother. He'll love it.

Nice headphones but not worth the price tag. Quality of headphones feels cheap and the fact that you can’t get the surround sound with HDMI 2.1 is a big negative. An average headset at best. Wasn’t too happy with it.

Sound is alright needs updates every couple weeks and need a pc and if you call customer service they won’t help

Worked very well for 5 months then it stared to malfunction wouldn’t want to charge or pair to my Xbox

I love the headset but it has problems from pairing and forgetting the base station and getting stuck in boot loader mode that I can’t really get behind the product
