I enjoyed this headset so much best by far! Would recommend

I was so excited to get these headphones after doing hours of research. I have always owned turtle beaches but wanted to do something different and saw that these come highly recommended. HOWEVER, as you can see in the product image - there’s a piece that provides support (like a pillow) to the top of your head while wearing the headphones. That piece since day one has consistently popped off. Now, you may assume it’s because I might have a big head - but this is inaccurate as this happens on an 8 year olds head. I initially just kept the piece off so I wouldn’t have to keep snapping it back into place BUT after a while of wear, the headphones become extremely uncomfortable and push down on the top of your head. This has become so annoying that I’ve considered chunking these bad boys into the highway but with the amount of money that I paid for them - I cannot. So basically, don’t waste your money on these. Just stick to a brand that you know is put together well and doesn’t cost nearly as much.

My son wears these while gaming and he says they are "awesome." They block out a lot of outside noise so its easy for me to sneak up on him while he's playing.

I got these in hopes that they could replace my old Steel Series headset. They worked great for about 2 days before I started seeing issues. I could not update the firmware for the headset and then they would not properly charge on the base. They would work for a little after hard resetting them but then stop working again.

We have the PA4 Slim and the optical cord is different or isn’t available on this item (PS4) so we still are in search of a compatible cord.

The greatest the best most beautiful experience out there

Great comfortable headphones, but sound quality is very very low. Could not get this to sound better reached out to Astro tech and they directed me to their online setup but still low sound quality.

The base is nice and allows you to charge something else at the same time. Only issue I’ve had is the volume is low when playing some games.

Bought for my husband and he loves them!! He said they have everything he was looking for.

So had this item for a month and on day 28 the item no longer wants to connect or charge and even when it is on the dock and the dock knows its there the software doesn't. Wrote Astro no response and when I called best buy to do a simple exchange I got the run around on it. Now I do understand that electronics are only returnable up to 15 days out but I just want to exchange and hope I got a dud and best buy could damage out the product or deal with Astro. Still waiting to hope Astro makes this right.

This was a birthday present for my husband... Thank the Lord I don't have to listen to the people he plays with or his game lol.

These new Astros don’t even compare to the old ones! The new charging method is nice but honestly they must have cut corners with the audio quality as these do not sound nearly as good as the ones we have from several years ago.

These headphones work great for the XBox and your PC. This comes with Dolby Atmos so you can fine tune your audio. Great product!
