Worst headset I’ve ever owned

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked pretty good for a year or so, and then one day just stopped connecting to the base and wouldn’t work. Tried resetting it, plugging into PC and doing a firmware update. Nothing works- this is a $300 paperweight, and I’ll never buy astros ever again.

Did the research online, and it appears to be a common problem. Also, the manufacturers are aware of the problem. Keep in mind, center piece of the headset keeps falling out. Kind of annoying. Giving the price, I am not impress.

Would not buy again

Microphone seems to be shorting out as well. I am waiting for my warranty approval. Had to super glue a headpiece that keeps coming off as well. The pad on the top. Very uncomfortable without that pad and nothing holds it on.

head band flaw
