Doing research and found this subreddit. The headset was completely unresponsive out of the box and wouldn't even charge until I did a hard reset. I couldn't firmware update on my pc and had to use my apple laptop. The audio voice quality is terrible (sound like i'm underwater) as told by friends on discord. The equalizer settings all sound worse than my A50 gen2 and I couldn't find a custom one that was much better. Difficult to get the headset to actually charge even when properly placed in the dock. etc etc. Very disappointing for a $300 headset.

Buying this piece of crap was the worst decision and gave me the biggest headache ever. After four months it wouldn’t sync with my computer and after countless hours updating the firmware, wiping the downloads, and re-downloading new firmware it still wouldn’t connect. Save yourself the money and pain.
