Two issues with the boom mic after only a few weeks. Mute/talk issues and the boom itself is too loose. This is my second pair since February 2019. Previous A50s had constant connectivity issues and battery life issues. The boom and mic worked great. My older A40s lasted approximately 18 months or so. Never dropped or handled rough except A40s were dropped due to cord. I’m just a daily gamer that wants to be wireless. Sound quality is superb but reliable chat is required without distractions.

There is a low ringing noise constantly. Did the research online, and it appears to be a common problem. Also, the manufacturers are aware of the problem. Keep in mind, center piece of the headset keeps falling out. Kind of annoying. Giving the price, I am not impress.

Bought these for my husband on 12/2021. They worked good for awhile until the streaking and static noise set in a year later. They’re junk and it’s only 9/2023 now. The manufacturer only has a 1 year warranty for parts and not “labor”-JUNK. I think I bought the extended warranty but it’s an act of congress to repair with Best Buy. Don’t waste your money

second set i bought from best buy the pad on the head band popped of the firat on both sets i tried to give them a shot any way great sound quality but the head band thing is a design flaw i cant get over plus my head is raw from using them with out the pad

My favorite headset for my consoles. Grate mobility, easy use, greatly recommend.

Best Buy’s service was great. DO NOT EVER BUY THIS HEADSET. Buying this piece of crap was the worst decision and gave me the biggest headache ever. After four months it wouldn’t sync with my computer and after countless hours updating the firmware, wiping the downloads, and re-downloading new firmware it still wouldn’t connect. Save yourself the money and pain.

Really similar to the A20 just come with a charging base.

These are one of the worst examples of overpriced brand name items I have ever bought. The quality of the materials are good, but thats about it Right out of the bat I had issues with this headset and I thought it was just me unable to properly use them Well no, not even 6 months in and these headphones, which I have properly safeguarded, have stopped working properly, if they ever worked properly at all. Save your money, buy something that is actually good quality.

I would always be disconnecting my mic whenever I would play and this mic has me not worrying about that!

Bought this for my 29 year old son after giving him a PS4 he said it works fast fantastically.

Headset not as great as I thought it would be. Microphone seems to be shorting out as well. I am waiting for my warranty approval. Had to super glue a headpiece that keeps coming off as well. The pad on the top. Very uncomfortable without that pad and nothing holds it on.

Purchased for my son. He said his friends where getting alot of echoes and interference on there side. Other then that they worked ok. Not worth the money. Returned them for the A40's.
