Love it, but overpriced!

Xbox glitches please read

First, chat mixer does not work. I am stuck hearing people’s voice chat volume on a high setting that can’t be lowered. Second, it does not maintain wireless connection. After 5 mins, it disconnects from base station. Will reach out to support and update if I hear back.

Headband piece kept popping off

Sure enough, 2nd day in and the headband popped off. They sounded great, but a $300 dollar headset should not have this type of issue on the 2nd day. Returned and will get something else.
