Astro sucks

The sound quality is amazing obly if they work, they constantly loose conection to the pc, and even get desyncronized headset and base, and to fix it you have to become a hardware engineer. Def dont recommend dont buy dont waste your money astro really sucks

Crackling junk

I used them maybe 10 times with my series x. Tried the reset thing. Other usb port and even hooked them to my pc and the same thing. Overpriced garbage and i will never buy another astro headset again!

Good quality, bad luck with charging

My problem with this product is that I have only had it for two months and the headset recently began refusing to charge via USB and the wireless charging station. There isn’t an aux cord that comes with the Bluetooth headset either so this felt like a quick waste of $300.

The sound and the connections to this is the worst. Here in there it will not connect to xbox. So you have to unplug the usb. Wait a sec or two then plug in. So it can work. And for the price straight garbage
