Horrible needs updates will stop working on you

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Headset is really good when it works but honestly I should have gotten the wired one this wireless has so many problems when the firmware needs to be updated on headset and charging station horrible just horrible 300$ headset and I can’t even use it I tired updating but the update always fails so I stuck with a 300 headset and the 14 day return is out so good luck if you got one

Don’t buy ASTRO A50 gen 4

For the retail price of $330 this has to be the worst investment someone could make. Sound quality is good “while it Lasts” but will eventually stop charging, stop pairing, buttons will stop working, functions will stop working. Learned my lesson, sticking to Wired Headsets from now on.

DO NOT BUY. SOUND QUALITY IS GREAT BUT NOT WORTH THE CONNECTIVITY ISSUES. TRUST ME!!
