Top piece is constantly popping off as u try to place the headset on ur head. Terrible design. Also both pairs i bought, yes i bought two. They both had a constant ringing coming out of the left ear that never stops after you fully charge your headset once. If you have good ears and don’t want the cushion piece that sits on the top of ur head popping out every time you put it on or tighten ur headset, definitely do not buy these. Go with the Astro A50X’s, way better product

These headphones would lose connection not even 8 days into the usage. Astro A50 have to be the worst garbage math equating trash I have ever used. (The head piece in the middle literally fell off)

Not worth the headaches you will deal with

The headset will randomly disconnect, and not return any sound. I have tried many different methods of getting it to reconnect through the base station but nothing works. I'm writing this review now because I've just spent the better part of my day trying to get it working, and it seems to have just died. The product is not worth the price tag it is at. Outside of the random connection issues, the headset will also have sound stutters every few minutes. It happens for less than a second, but it is extremely annoying and detracts from the overall experience.

Not compatible with ps4 slim

However when we went to set it up it was not compatible with the ps4 slim version. We had to get an adapter for it and Best Buy did not sell it so we decided to just return it. I cannot say how well the product works because I didn't get to test it.

Interface is not user friendly and for the price one pays for this header it’s not worth the hassle. The build quality is great but the overall hassle is not worth it.
