Sometimes the connection to the base station is also unreliable even though I have updated the software and switched the mode to “Xbox Mode”. I bought this product completely new for 300$……

Now I have a ($300 + $120) (warranty) $420 headset that is just sitting on my desk because it doesn’t power on or connect to dock anymore. Come to find out this is pretty common with such an expensive headset. Tried resetting it didn’t work not once. Tried updating it but it only updates the dock because it says the headset is dead even though is was fully charged. With that being said this is the worst purchase I have ever made in my life and customer service is just a joke

Have not had it more than a year and paint is already starting to peel, battery life is not good and whenever I first got them I had to watch a YouTube video just to make them sound normal. Disappointed in ASTRO.

No settings changed, and now it wont pair to the headset. Detects it is plugged in to charge, headset beeps when pressing buttons but will not pair. Havent even had them for a week this is pitiful, astro quality has plummeted dramatically in the last few years.
