Headphones dont keep a charge

Horrible Product

Now I have a ($300 + $120) (warranty) $420 headset that is just sitting on my desk because it doesn’t power on or connect to dock anymore. Come to find out this is pretty common with such an expensive headset. Tried resetting it didn’t work not once. Tried updating it but it only updates the dock because it says the headset is dead even though is was fully charged. With that being said this is the worst purchase I have ever made in my life and customer service is just a joke

Poor Design with flaws, Great Performance though

It will happen eventually, so just be prepared for it. Hopefully they correct this in a future model because I'll be forcing Astro to upgrade them because of the design flaw.

Not easy to fix

Headset makes no sound and won’t connect to dock. Tried charging it with a micro usb and nothing. Really dissatisfied with this product now. Astro customer support is a joke as well.

Always needing to update and headset not pairing

Good headset but terrible software and reliability. Dealt with connection issues almost every other day. Will be buying a new headset and most likely not Astro.

The issue i kept having was they would randomly not work. My ps5 wouldnt think i even had a headset and id have to unplug the base station for a while then plug them back in. Maybe its because i never bought the seperate hdmi audio extractor. But i have many games i play 4k @ 120hz..and using their audio extractor limits you to 60hz. Seamed like a great product, and really well built. Loved the base station, was nice being able to set them down and charge. But ill just go back to something cheaper and avoid all the issues i was having.

Then causing the Xbox to not be able to detect the headset. You must unplug and re plug in the power cord. Every time you want to game. If it sit on the base station for a period of time it freezes. WAIT TO PURCHASE!!!! Headset is nice sound is good.

Stuck on some weird mode

Good but not worth If defective

Maybe mines was just defective. But still works I guess
