Manufacturer problem

If you have a ps5 do not buy whatsoever I’ve had it for about a week but due to work I haven’t been able to use it much so I didn’t notice that It won’t charge on the dock while in rest mode have to plug the A50’s directly into a cord to charge not what I paid for at all!!! what was the point of the CHARGING dock if what wasn’t going to charge in rest mode don’t know if it’s because of Astro or PlayStation itself but if you’re looking to charge your headset while in rest mode not the headset for that should have bought a wired device at that point!!!

Battery

Great if you don't mind putting up with crap

But I consistently have issues with this every couple of months that require hard resets of the device and a lot of messing around for an hour or more to get it working again. It is incredibly frustrating.

Piece of crap

(So had this product roughly 1.5 years) the device just stopped working and will not connect to device. Contacted Astro and unable to assist after a month was told a new base station should solve the issue. Bought new base station and didn’t do anything and update still fails at 75%. For money spend on unit not worth it at all. Will never buy another Astro product again and strongly recommend no one else does as well.

The product itself isn’t as high quality as you’d assume though. The padding is removable, which i found out a day later when it popped off on me, since then it continues popping off and doesnt click back on. Ontop of that, the fact that i have to hard reset the headset every so often isn’t something that I’m too happy about. Yall save your money and get s better headset.

Not worth the money

The turtle beach 700's are way better and easier to use. Ive tried quite w few headsets and these were below avg in sound quality on a PS5.
