These are terrible if you have the new Xbox Series X. I've tried everything and they just don't work. This is a bummer because they are insanely comfortable.

If you are looking for a headset that is going to last about a year this is it the a50 battery and dock will give you nothing but problems and hours of resetting your headset before you are able to use it, for the premium price tag that this a50 go for they are not worth your money. There are better options out there.

Been 2 weeks now waiting for this headset with no update as to what is going on. Where is my headset? No one can give me a answer and the Best Buy out by me is managed by a 3rd party call center and getting ahold of customer service is horrendous with AI applications to software nowadays. I just want my headset

    Own a Ps4 slim? Don't even bother!

What about people that uses PS4 slim. Ever thought about them? Got excited for nothing with this product by having me spend more bucks just to get an audio converter to make this headset to work. I'll be returning this product next early morning. Wasted my whole day coming up to the store and setting this up at home, only to find out it doesn't have a converter on it's own for the PS4 slim. If you have PS4 slim, don't even think about getting this product. Unless you're willing to spend another $50-$60 to add an hdmi audio converter. No thanks!

Hello CKPotchi! We're sorry to hear the A50 Wireless Dolby Artmos Over-the-Ear Headphones are not working with your PS4 Slim as you expected. The console not having an optical port is design change that Sony made to their system from the original PS4 console unfortunately, so to help out customers in this scenario, we do offer an optional HDMI adapter as a solution to get you that missing optical port. It would be a similar scenario for the PS5 console now, so here's a quick video tutorial on how to get it connected: https://help.astrogaming.com/hc/en-us/articles/360031104531-A50-BASE-STATION-PLAYSTATION-4. At Logitech, we strive to make sure our customers always have a great experience with the products & services we make, so we definitely appreciate your feedback. Thanks! - Mathieu from Logitech

They're terrible. I got these to replace my TB Stealth 600s (1st gen, not the new ones). I was willing to spend the money to get top-of-the-line quality because I wanted a wireless headset that was just as good as wired with the benefits that come from being wireless, and boy was I disappointed. My stealth 600s sounded better, were more comfortable, and had a better mic. It was so bad that I think I had to have gotten a faulty pair or something. I tried messing with countless settings and making adjustments, but nothing made these any better. I really tried to like this headset, but for me, it was just terrible.

    Crappy Headset

I would not recommend it. The sound is ok at best. It isn't that comfortable, and no matter what ear pads you use, it doesn't breathe that well. The microphone quality sucks, and it went out pretty early on into having the headset. Due to the crappiness of it, I got a Blue Yeti instead and just used it for sound, which, like I said, wasn't that great. The sound balance on the side of the headset doesn't work that well. If you will spend this kind of money on a headset, get it from somewhere else. The headset completely died with just over a year of use.

It’s sounds really good when it’s working properly. But out of nowhere I’ll turn it on and the volume is super low and it won’t turn up. It’s pretty much unusable at that point.

Sound quality is okay, nothing to call home about. I thought my steelseries were the same if not better. Build quality was actually poor, my mic does not stay in a fixed position, it just falls all the way down and there is nothing I can do about it. I have to hard reset every time I turn my Xbox on because the sound won’t work for some reason as well. Support wanted me to destroy this one before I received a new one which would’ve taken weeks (per their timeline). When I said I don’t want to go without I sent proof of the defect they just said “okie dokie” to the fact that I wouldn’t send mine in first and told I had to deal with it.

Dolby Atmos crackling sound. Look up Astro A50 clip fix and you will find tons of complaints about the headband popping out, i pulled mine out of the box like this i thought it was a bad feature at first but it is bad manufacturing. I have put tape on mine.... Right side is two large buttons that can't be disabled but can literally mute voice chat if you aren't careful Worst headset i've purchased and the most expensive.

Avoid at all costs. These are the worst pair of headphones I have ever owned. They work great for a month or two and then they're trash. I've had these replaced 4 times and then my warranty period ran out. If you do buy these don't ever update the firmware. Every firmware update is a gamble that will break your headset. If their tech supports version of fixing issues is to just consistently give out new sets then their product is trash. I've received $1200 in headsets via warranty and they've all crapped out.
