    I bought the A50 from Best Buy as an open box Excellent condition. It wasn't working properly at all! the battery was destroyed and I couldn't use the product even after updating it.

    Good but.. I had my other pair for about a year and a half and they just all of a sudden stopped working.. had to buy a new pair. Sad to see Geek Squad protection plans have increased in pricing. Shame.

    The top piece broke off within 2 days of purchasing the headset. Returned it and bought the steel series right after.

    These fell apart a week after owning them. Went with the Steel Series Articus Pros and haven’t had a regret since!

    paid 250$ for a headset that requires updates with a poorly designed firmware. Astro could care less as well as long as they get their money.

    Poor build quality and had an annoying high pitch tone which caused headaches. Customer service was slow, unresponsive, and ineffective.

    Had these for only a year and having problems with the charging. I’m forced to play with the usb plugged in. I tried hard resetting multiple times and it still doesn’t charge.

    Ended up getting a replacement from the manufacturer. The ones I bought had crackling and popping in the earphones after less than a days use.

    Top head cushion piece is chinsy AF! Hopefully it was just a dudd bc I’m going to get the same thing. If it keeps coming loose I’m going to RIP a new one into ASTRO company!

    Purchased this headset as a open box. I purchased the ps5 adapter and all new cables. In the end it didn't work and i had to return them to the store. What a waste of gas and time.
