    Stopped charging less than 6 months after purchase. Required hard resets more than once, and uplugging/replugging the base station like once a week. Tried firmware updates, tried changing wifi channels. Trash.

    I had it break about 4 months in then got it replaced and the replacement has now broke. along with it breaking it is a pain to get it to connect to the charging points on the base station and has very poor mic quality compared to the much cheaper A40

    This is my 3rd Astro A50 set I own 2 gen 3 sets and a 4th gen one. Let’s start by this is no better than the gen 3 set and still has that clicking in your ear problem. I’m keeping my gen 3 set and going buy some other wireless set from now on.

    Trash Mic wont charge stays red in the base station mic color stays white doesnt change to orange meaning its charching but is not only had it for 6 months not worth 300 dollars DO NOT BUY

    Paid 250 for these and there is static when idle. Having to install the dolby atmos app is stupid.

    the program doesn't work don't waste your money they have to update and they cant even do that especially on console and pc just look it up and it seems they have no plan on fixing it

    This is hands down the best, easy to use, reliable, comfy, great sounding, gaming headset I've ever used! I've had some serious hands on time with this headset and I can say will all certainty, I'm in love. Unboxing this product shows Astro (Logitech) really took care in designing a very informative and sleek looking packaging. Even from the outside of the box, you get introduced to every button, every single connector or port, and all the features. The marketing/product development teams really hit this out the park. Initial impressions amaze as you look over the build quality and attention to details, especially as they relate to gaming. They really thought of all the every day struggles with gaming headsets. First of all, the dock is sturdy, handles all of the audio connections, displays important summary information on the front, and charges the headset, as well as gives a nice resting place for the headset when not in use. The other main core features are just what you want in a gaming headset, long battery life (15+ hours), great sound quality, and superior comfort. I love how the ear pads are just held on with magnets to allow for easy replacing. I've had headsets before that just break down and start falling apart in that area. Even if this headset was to do that after months and months of rigorous gaming, you can replace those pads in 10 seconds. Relating to sound, I tried very hard to get some distortion on this headset and was amazed at how unwilling the headset wanted to go there. Connected via PC, I could play all sorts of type of music at full volume, even with boosted EQ's and the headset sounded clear and full. The bass response is amazing, and it just sounds so natural, clean, and crisp. Stepping in game you hear everything you could ever imagine will full spacial awareness due to the Dolby Surround Sound. The quick ability to be able to adjust EQ, Dolby, microphone mute, game/voice balance, and volume all from the headset is an amazing feature. To get the best functionality out of your headset, make sure you connect it to your PC or Mac, download the Astro Command Center, and update the firmware in the headset. From that software you can also adjust your EQ presets so when you're connected to your game console, you can easily swap between your specific EQ settings on the fly. Overall, I could ramble forever, but in short, you need this! If you're looking for an amazing gaming headset, look no further! This headset will not let you down and has all the features you could want available right at your fingertips.

    Only worked for a year base station took a dump and of course I’m out of manufacturing warranty should of done more research on these never knew it was Logitech and Logitech is crap

    Had it for almost a year and I only used it probably 10 times. In the 10th month I had to return it. First the mic went out then the entire headset stop working completely. There is no playstation app to provide an update to the headset.

    awful defective right out of the box the power base would not power on and no light indicators you would think for this price shouldn't come defective

    Do NOT get these for PS5. They do not work out of the box. It's annoying. They're great for Xbox Series X and maybe for PS4. Not for PS5.

    Won't purchase from them again head set and controller had poor quality.... multiple issues.... poor warranty and not worth the money better off going and buying Walmart brand atleast you get what you pay for and its worth it
