Great sound. But big failures the cushion on the top keeps falling off then the head set sits on my head uncontrollably. Brand new out the box did that. 2nd complaint is charger station won’t work with any power block or cord I have, only will change if my ps5 is on or I have to plug the headset into my wall charger. For $290 bucks one would think the simple parts of this head set would work.

Bought it for my husband cause he plays this F1 driving game & he said that this headset makes a huge difference. He’s been winning a lot more & he says it’s because he can hear the cars better. Whatever that means lol.

I really do not like leaving bad reviews but just save your money. The sound quality is pretty good and they are comfortable headphones. I jut can not justify a 300 dollar price tag. The mic is not that great either. I was told several times that i was low. I watched countless videos and read the manual on how to get the best sound. Again, sound from games were amazing but not worth the price tag. Razer blackshark v2 pro wireless all the way. It's over a hundred less, less bulky, only requires a USB connection and some tweaking in synapse. Works great with my PS5 as well.

First set i got the top band was popping off non stop. Returned them got another pair no issues. The sound quality is amazing best headset i have ever owned.

So I'm on the fence with this one the sound is amazing! But I'm kinda let down, on the sounds around you. I wish they were better on noise canceling. I have a big head they should of been a little bit bigger.

Excellent gaming headset The sound is amazing I bought this in 2020 and 2024 still using it like the first day The only con is that sometimes we have to reset the headset in order to use it but other than that everything is a beauty

Great sound and sturdy quality. Don't freak out when it doesn't connect when you first open it. It needs to be charged.

I've used a lot of different headsets over the years but this one is the best wireless headset I've ever used. It should be, too, for the price. I will say it's expensive, BUT it's worth every penny if you're on your computer or console for hours at a time. I will say that I am using it with my Windows 10 PC, so I cannot comment on the console functionality.

The charging dock design is terrible and does not work most of the time. The top foam piece has a bad clip in system amd will fail eventually. The ear muff foam is comfortable but the top foam piece is uncomfortable. Sound and mic quality are good, which is the only thing I like about them.

The headset works great but the piece that goes over the head kept breaking. It needs to be remodeled by the manufacturer.

I have a different gen A50 they sound great and are comfortable but they get so much interference and cut out so much I regret purchasing them hoping they fixed this issue in the newer gen

This is super nice for studio work, excellent audio quality and Astro Gaming really outdone themselves on this masterpiece of a headset. Thanks a lot guys at Astro! Mic quality is alright but I am not really using it for mic quality, if you want a nice sounding headset, at a budget this should be your choice, or Steelseries also offers good headsets.

2 years into using the headphones a few notes: Cons: - They are extraordinarily heavy. They do fit well with glasses which was my concern, but the largeness of them makes them massively heavy - As with most wireless headphones, interference can be a problem depending on your environment -The padding flattens IMMEDIATELY. Ive replaced them a couple times but it’s the way the headphones are shaped that just renders different paddings ineffective. -The metal contacts, even with careful cleaning, will wear down and cause connection and charging issues with the base. Pros - Switching between profiles is pretty easy - Charge is pretty good Given my issues, i wouldn’t recommend these to anyone. The headaches from long sessions really made it rough

They sound good, they are comfortable. After a handful of months of casual use, the microphone boom started to lose tension. Now when I flip it down, it just falls all the way to the bottom and hangs. Support is terrible. Google and you'll find lots and lots of people with both the loose microphone issue and weeks of delays hearing back from customer service. I regret buying this product.

Are great for hard of hearing people, great for gaming. I can hear things coming from all directions in my first player games. The top head rest pops out once in a while but easy to put back in.

Now, I am a responsible headset owner. They go on my head, then on the base. I haven’t dropped them, and I update the firmware frequently. I can’t in good faith recommend this product to anybody who hates tinkering with their headset all the time… no friction in mic boom left so it falls below my chin constantly so people I play with lose at least 70% of my volume when it falls (somebody literally just threw that number out at me as it happened AGAIN while typing this). Constant connection issues so you have to unplug the base and plug it back in to get the mic to register regardless of whether it’s “assigned” or a “mic detected” appears, also happens every time you switch from party chat to game chat. At the crown of my head the double head band connector has come apart so those bands move independently now. Headset has to be placed perfectly on the stand to register a charge. Go on Reddit and look at the Astro gaming subreddit. That will show you all of these problems are not one offs + plenty more. Great sound, but not $300 great especially getting finessed another $15 after tax. I would however be happy to have paid around $189.00 for the A50s.

Best headset on the market I recommend everybody that’s looking for a Quality headset
