    This is the worst headset you can possibly buy. There's a constant hiss in background, the sound constantly stops working, and the microphone and speaker quality is horrible— especially considering the price point.

    Cheap crap fell apart

    Zero stars. I had this headset for just a few months before one of the two tiny screws that holds the left ear cup on fell out. I could fix it if the screw head had the traditional grooves to accommodate a standard or phillips had screw driver. But no. Guess that would have been too much trouble for the designers. A few weeks later the second screw fell out. Now the headset is just useless junk.

    It stopped working after a month. It wouldn't hold charge. When you buy $300 headphones you expect good customer support. Nope I got nothing. No customer support number or chat. Only way to contact them through email which they will get back to you in 3 days if you lucky and it is going to be generic message about resetting your headphone. it took me a month try to explain the issue still waiting for reply. If you expect to buy a product with no customer support and no warranty support then this is for you.

    Slight hissing and popping when they were working, used these with my Xbox One and enjoyed them for the 4 months they lasted. The headset portion stopped turning on, the base could not connect to them even when plugged in. Customer support is going to let me send them back to be repaired or replaced, but it has been a month since I contacted them and provided my receipt. No shipping label, no replacement, no sorry for the delay. Just keep waiting and in the mean time buying a different brand of headset.

    DO NOT BUY Oh where do I begin, Not only is the charging station garbage the headset falls apart within months. The pad on the top falls off constantly. The so they call screws holding the ear muff falls out and then your stuck having it hang and digging in your head. Should probably be getting paid to wear a headset like this. Just save your money and time. #L Mic #Letsgowolves

    I purchased these back in November of 2020 and was pretty pleased, until the power switch on them stopped working in late February. Since then I've reached out to the manufacturer who says they can't replace them because they're back logged. Tried calling Best Buy to see what they could do and was told I had to take them to a store a hope a manager would take mercy. No really, zero guarantees that anyone would do anything. Sure glad I spent that extra money...

    This is the worst headset I've ever purchased. I spent $300 for the headset and another $40 for more comfort. You'd be better off taking $350 and wiping your butt, or just burning it... I've tried numerous settings and it's still just absolutely terrible. So many positive reviews talked me into buying it, and I'm beyond disappointed.

    If you are looking for something that using 10yr old technology with little to no new features in comparison to its older generations this is rhe headset for you...$300 and it lacks type c and ANC. I spent more and got the Arctis Pro....its puts the sound quality and build quality to shame.

    stopped working in less than two years #junk

    Astro only has a one year warranty for their headset and its BS. They know that built in lithium ion rechargeable battery will fail and they count on it to get you to buy their next gen headset and junk the old ones. Get the in-store warranty because Astro does not care about its customers. For the amount I spent, i expected more from Astros. I have turtle beaches from 2015 that still work at a fraction of a price.

    Bought them, took care of them only lasted 4 months. Stopped charging. Astro sent a 2nd pair, those did the same thing after 7 months. I’ve always loved Astro, but clearly the logitech buy out led to faulty devices. Don’t waste your money. I am one of many that this happened to and Astro refuses to acknowledge that they’re selling a faulty product

    Expensive trashcans

    This company has the worst software next to Razer. After only 2 years these $300 trashcans failed to update firmware which then completely broke them. They will no longer play sound from my xbox series X. Absolute waste of money. Buy another brand!

    Headset works great for audio. The Software corrupts the entire headset making it useless. Do NOT buy. The support is horrible. The headset is nothing but a waste of money since it wont work at all

    GEN 3

    I have the GEN 3, and it makes since why Besy Buy no longer carries it. My a50’s have broken/stopped working twice in a little over one year. I was able to replace it the first time through Best Buy. Unfortunately the second time I was not and it was through ASTOR gaming themselves. Hopefully this new gen is better and more durable but I would highly recommend buying a different headset

    Awful headband thst falls apart as soon as you move your head, annoying quirks keep you windering if the headset will work before every session. Not worth it when Turtle Beach is similarly priced.

    Awesome headset, but quit working completely after 2 years. Astro sent me a new one which also completely quit after an additional year, I wish they would come out with a new model
