Whole left side didn't work within a month and two weeks, first the audio level, then the microphone not working. Customer service was even worse as they said they would replace it and then changed their mind.

Poorly made with cheap parts. Will break and battery with drain much faster over time. The wired connection can't even hold a connection because the battery is so degraded. Such a shame. Avoid this.

Pretty difficult to set up, my pair wouldn't charge when placed in the proper position. Ended up returning them. They also felt cheap and had fewer features than cheaper mics from Astro

The most useless $300 headset I have ever purchased. When you mute the mic, the mic stops working all together, even after unmuting. Will randomly disconnect from the Xbox and you have to restart the Xbox.

Ok, you can't play while charging unless you do some wizard stuff. It's complicated. Inconvenient if you have children. Basically you need a daily basis set up. I regret buying it. Will definitely return it and get me a Bluetooth headset without the extra unnecessary stuff.

My son really loved these. He’s a teen game, and said these were great.

Purchased this item 6 months ago and it just quit working. Contacted Astro support and nothing. I have purchased much less expensive headsets that have long outlasted these. But this product at your own discretion.

Purchased a pair of these and had problems after a few months with intermittent connection issues. Reached out to Astro customer service and they were very unhelpful. Refused to do anything other than offer a coupon for a new pair.

While audio is good the battery didnt even last 2 years. The headset wont charge

For the price they want its not worth it astro a 40 tr much better

Bought a open box and it didn’t look like the “excellent” that it said. Everything was thrown in the box

Used to be good. Worst headphones now. Waste of money I swear.

These astros were purchased back with my One X, and have deteriorated to the point of throwing them out. Audio quality is ok. Headband attachment point has failed on both sides. No ability to connect to ps5 without other dock… which is a huge miss.

Go for the turtle beaches you will be much happier.

I’ve bought 3 of these headsets now and they all end up dying after 6 months or so, I’m not sure if the battery just goes out or what, I’ve contacted support more times than I can count at this point and I think I’m finally just done with this product
