The best headset , the sound quality is top notch , very comfortable to wear and the mic is super clear .

Probably the only “gaming” headphones that could compete with these in the price range are the Steelseries Nova’s. I would recommend against relying on these for quality audio. The audio does come through decently well and doesn’t fatigue me for longer sessions. It also has enough kick in the bass frequency (could massage my ears). Responded well across the volume range and still impactful at lower volumes. It can also go very loud if need be unlike some other wireless headphones. It uses its own volume gain that’s independent of MS Windows volume controls. Latency was great for real-time gaming. Thermals were decent (probably one of the best for gaming category) but far from open-back headphone quality. I would definitely recommend aftermarket earcups if you run hot. I do dislike that I couldn’t remove the oversized microphone boomstick that was causing my the center of mass to skew towards the left side of my head. The audio output was limited to 16-bit, 44kHz audio (Windows would not let me set higher) and so will miss a lot of detail from higher grade audio sources. Ultimately, I returned these as I found myself neglecting them too often for my wired Sennheiser + DAC/Amp system or my desk speakers. The AS50 just missed out on too much detail and enjoyment that my mid-tier audiophile was pushing. I think they do have a chance at prevailing if they only update their electronics to support at least 24-bit, 48kHz as their drivers and gain control sounded pretty decent.

This is my third pair of Astro headsets. My first wireless and it doesn’t disappoint. The equalizer download from Astro allows you to enhance your in game audio giving you an advantage over other players. The headphones are more on the expensive side but well worth it. The headphone base has connections for live streaming. Just a great product all around.

Had this headset for about 4 years now. And it still holds up very well to competitors. I will say the comfort is unmatched, while the the sound quality is good and not bad for competitive multiplayer games.

A little pricey but worth it, These headphones replace my old A50 Astros and are really nice, they are exactly what you expect from Astro. No more wires to plug in, just set them down on the base and they charge right back up. I have not put a clock on them to see how long a charge but they are more than sufficient for me.

Headset works great but the program it comes with doesn’t seems to want to pair with the headset. Other than that sound quality and comfortability are great.

This headset has crisp and high definition audio, very comfortable and easy to adjust. The synch function can give me lots of issues at times where you turn on your console and the headset won’t have any voice chat or game audio because it didn’t synch to the console. You have to reset them and try switching between PC mode and the Xbox to get it to connect. Also to get them on the charger can be very complicated as well, you have to stand them up on the base station and it can take minutes to get them to start charging. You should be able to plug them in, while in use.

The headset is very comfortable on the head, with amazing sound quality. This is my second pair of these specific headphones and would never go another route. Great product and great quality! 10/10 recommend for gaming/ office use needs

The headset works very well... on PS4 and PC. On PS5? No. You need an adapter for it that takes place of the hdmi port and basically takes away hdmi 2.1 as the adapter is hdmi 2.0. So if you just dropped $3,000 on a new OLED tv, don’t buy this headset. Now if you just have a PS4 or PC, then buy it! It’s so amazing! I reviewed the Xbox version and it’s the best headset I’ve ever used! I tried steel series, turtle beach, other astros like the A40’s, etc and this is the king of headsets. I’d recommend the mod kit as well if you have a wife and kids you want to tune out.

Great wireless headset! I use it on the Xbox Series X. Once you download the firmware update, all you do is plug and play but has awesome customizable settings if you decide the standard setup isn't for you. Highly recommend to any gamer that wants to go wireless. Super convenient not being tied to your controller. Superior sound quality as well!

I got this headphones like 3 or 4 years ago? Idk. They still work and I never really had any problems with it. It connects fast. The quality is really good and the sound quality is even better. You can hear footsteps around you.

As you may or not know, Astro A50 Base Station function as its own sound card, so it can separate audio channels for PC. These audio channels are: Astro a50 (Game), Astro a50(voice) and Astro a50 (line in). Now the last one is mostly for streaming purposes; I use it to connect my phone and add some jams to my gaming session. Superb audio quality and customization. To the point: Astro A50 (Game) not working. Sometimes it does not appear as an option, so all audio (voice chat and game sound) goes to Astro A50 (Voice). It makes it all sound terrible and the manual balance between game and voice wont work. Sometimes Astro A50(Game) disappears and Astro A50 (line in) shows up. Causes error on my system indicating with a blue screen that a device did not close properly and then the headset stops working (no output, no input). Its been like this for a while now, I have tried a lot of tricks and methods one can find online, but nothing seems to fix this issue. I have been waiting for a firmware update but its not happening. It seems like Astro Gaming was left to die, at least for PC. Or maybe my headset is defective. Im sensing this started happening after the last firmware update, which was around the same time I upgraded my system, maybe its just a coincidence. I have been trying to manually downgrade the headset's firmware, but it seems like Astro took away support DL from their website. Now this is a high-end, very expensive gaming headset which I purchased with the intention of using it for at least 5 years before they start to break down, (I take really good care of my gadgets) Its only going to be a couple years by the end of this month (Jan 2022) and im probably out of warranty but if this is it for the top tier gaming headsets from Logitech, its a big fail as a company and I feel like Ive been ripped off. Amazing Sound ! Always love the Astro series! Tried other headsets and nothing comes close

I purchased this headset for my PlayStation 4 Pro and eventually for my PlayStation 5. The sound quality is excellent and I have not had any issues with my microphone. Adjusting the audio levels between gaming and party chat is effortless. I wanted to give this 5 stars, but lowered it 1 star for two reasons: - Every so often, I'll hear a painful crackle come from the headphones. 99% of the time they sound great, but every so often, it's like nails on a chalkboard. - The headphones are not compatible with the PlayStation 5, unless you are willing to sacrifice sound quality and usability of the mixer. For full functionality, these headphones will require an optical to HDMI adapter.

BEST HEADPIECE I HAVE EVER HAD. I absolutely love it. The noise cancelation feature is fantastic, and they are so comfortable. You can hear perfectly the details of the game steps, rain, etc. You feel like you are inside of the game.

Amazing sound quality and crystal clear microphone, it has an amazing voice/game sound switch to control what you want to be louder. Very comfortable to the ear and does not hurt you after hours of use!!!
