Most comfortable headset ive ever worn. And the soubd is awesome as well.

It is a good headset and sounds great but it is super overpriced for what it is worth. I found it at a Best Buy and I thought it would only be 100 because I saw the tag as a 100 and when I ran it up it came up to 325. Migbt as well get something cheaper with the same quality.

I have had these fora few months. They are very comfortable, the sound is great. I love them.

First witeless heqdaet for gaming pretty straightforward only annoying part is you have to update it on pc before you plug and play.

Tlove the sound and that it is wireless the problem I am having is the the piece the has the pad on the top of your head keeps popping out. This will not stay locked in. Very irritating for as much money as I paid.

Got mine last week, will be returning my unit this weekend. Constantly having problem on pairing and charging the headset, I needed to constantly hard reset the headset. Every time I use it and put it back to the dock, it keeps on doing the blinking white lights, not pairing and charging. I guess this is a very common problem, I found out when I started researching on how to charge my new headset, bunch of people experiencing the same problem. Would give 3 stars, for the audio quality and comfort. But only 2 stars, if I’m paying $300+ tax included for a premium gaming headset, I expect to experience no problem fresh out of the box.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this product. I have owned alot of astros over the years both the a40 a40 tr a50 gen three and now the a50 gen 4. And with the ps5 it is just a disapointment. First they sell you the headset without the converter box . Which than u have to go back and buy anoth part for a $300 headset that is kot a cheap proce tacking on another 50$ + is just rude . Not to mention this headset the band at the top keeps popping off one side . Mind you i never replaced or took the headset band apart . It starting doing this on its own and if it doesnt ait right on my head it kweps happening . The sound if you dont have the box causes the most god awfull echoes from the mic unless muted on ps not on headset with headset mute it still causes it .found out while waiting for converter box to arrive. So to sum up the audio quality is not bad but for the price the lack of innovation in the many years this headset has been out just doesnt cut it any more . With other competitors just outdoojg them in so many areas it is sad to aay i am probably going to have to buy another brand . For the 350$ alot of good headsets with or without dacs exist. Amd again headband issue sound auality being ok comfort they run hot on my head unlike other brands . And lmowing the a40 tr sounds so much better for alot less makes me kind of want those but with the converter problem again and other companies offering usb and a dac and interchangable batteries might be first year i leave astros and it is sad to me i even had their controller for awhile till i got ps5. Only thing i didnt get was lack of mavro capability on that or mods being able to be added . But thats not thos product.

There's no doubt that these are expensive, but they have to be one of the best headsets I've ever owned (I use mine on PC btw).

Great quality. Top piece is the only issue. Pops off and i just super glued it and fixed it. Good headphones

First off, this is a good product. I bought these on Apr 15, 2021. They have served me well. I will say that firmware updates can be tricky because of their software. The battery finally died last night 4/29/2023. iFixIt.com rates the replacement of the battery as difficult because you have to desolder the connectors and then you'll need to glue the new battery back in. The replacement battery is only about $20 so I'll order it today. The reason I'm not recommending this product isn't because of its quality. I'm not recommending it because of their design choice on battery replacement. I believe they made this difficult to replace because they know impatient gamers will just go buy another headset rather than try and replace the battery. If that's what a person wants to do then that is fine but $20 for a replacement battery would leave more money for games ;) Just buy something cheaper ;)

The best. Good sound and very comfortable to wear.

Not what I expected for a $200+ headset. It feels very cheap and lacks features. Some will find it superior to other brands, and that's okay, but for me, there's definitely better out there. I have them, and I returned them after a week of use.

amazing sound from this headset especially with the dolby atmos app as a streamer I have always worried that having a wireless headset would mean having to swap out batteries or charge it every few hours but the battery life on these are really good and have only had to plug in a charging cable a few times for when I do a marathon of gaming. great sound with the Dolby Atmos app too games have more depth as far as being able to hear which direction a sound is coming from

I picked 2 of these up for myself and my wife. We both have ps4, pc and ps5. All of our friends were telling us to get these head phones for a while. Finally pulled the trigger and bought 2. We love them, the price is worth is and best buy had them in stock at my local store. Awesome sound nut you can really appreciate these when you are playing games like COD and you hear those foot steps and the other person doesn't know how you knew that he was there....ahhh good times.

I would have rated the A50s 5 stars, but I've had to replace them twice. Reason was because the screws that would hold the headpiece would always come loose and would be unable to adjust the headset at all, this would happen around the 3 to 4 month mark. I still have my Warranty so I might replace them again since the Audio Quality on the Headphones are top notch. If this persists, then I'll just have to look for another brand sadly.

Sound quality is perfect. Really easy to set up, you can change sound quality in the Astro command Center app. Super Comfortable

Comfortable and breathable headset. I bit heavy and uncomfortable once worn for several hours.
