Used it mainly for gaming but also listened to some music. The customization of the audio elements is amazing, have not seen anything else like this. This headset lets you customize different audio profiles for the best listening experience for gaming, music or movies. This headset is at the top of the list, with the Arctis 7 or 9 at close second.

Too many connection issues

My set would not connect to the ps4 unless I went into the ps4 and changed the setting. Would frequently lose sound and require a full reset of the base. Firmware updates would not fix it and was unable to find a fix for it. Lastly the charging base was too finicky to overlook. It’s a shame because I loved the look and feel of the headset but the connection issues occurred too frequently to ifgnore

I have had a version of these for 5 years now and I would always recommend these first!

If gaming for long periods of time, consider purchasing the A50 mod kit for better comfort.

Turtle beach charging station was less problematic. That being said it does work with a little effort. They sound very good and I highly suggest the mod kit if u like rich bass.

Great mic audio was not sharp as old a50s

After messing with the EQ for hours still couldnt get it to just sound as good as the last ones. Used for playing tarkov 6-8 hours in the evening. The mic on the headset has a good noise gate to allow me to play while everyone is asleep. All around good not great buy
