Lose sound and mic and have to unplug power from the base unit to get it back. Sound is otherwise great. I would recommend but customer service is lacking.

Sound is so clear especially when playing FPS and there are many configuration modes to choose between with a dedicated button to cycle through them so you can quickly change the mode without having to close or minimize the game. There are 2 issues though, Software requires a little work. It is not very user friendly. Also with charging dock you its not always charges as the dock pins do not meet. You have to always ensure that it connects properly.

At least 30 feet away I can carry a conversation with friends from the kitchen while the office is across several walls. Also love that the game audio is separate from voice audio, though I wish the audio adjustment for both on the headphones were a bit more intuitive. Otherwise great!

EARS DO NOT TOUCH INSIDE DRIVERS

MY EARS DO NOT TOUCH THE INSIDE OF THE DRIVERS. I am switching from Steel Series Arctis 7 because my ears hurt after a couple hours. The A50s are a godsend for people with dummy thicc ears.

So far he absolutely loves them and says the quality is amazing.

Great Headphone Choice

The mix amp is awesome! You can connect it to any device with a 3.5mm jack port. The headset fits comfortably on my head-- not too tight, not too loose. The cushions on the headset are decent and does not hurt my ears or irritate the side and top of my head during long sessions of usage. Great buy!
