But after trial and error i have to say im very happy with this product the only con i can say is that sometimes the headset will stop playing audio and i have to restart my playstation

Okay headset

It's pretty expensive. I did sell it and changed to a Steel Series Arctic Nova Pro Wireless that's around the same price. I would say the steel series has way more features.

Don’t waste money

It randomly stopped working and sprint connect to the base. It wouldn’t charge turn on or anything.I finally got it to charge then it wouldn’t shut off. Loads of issues with it. Astro refused to help me after multiple calls and emails.

Very comfortable over the head. Ears dont get hot or bother at all. Turn on the Atmos and omg gaming to another level. My experience i give it 5 stars. Will highly recommend.

Audio popping and crackling, poor noise isolation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While I did find this headset to be the most comfortable between Steelseries and JBL, my main issue with these is the intermittent, yet consistent, audio popping and crackling. I spent hours researching this. I updated firmware and played with ALL of the setting to see if I could mitigate the issue, however, I was never able to prevent the popping. I reached out to ASTRO support and was essentially blown off. I ended up returning this headset. I work from home and have multiple meetings per day. In between meetings I listen to music while writing code. After hours I spent some time gaming on my PC. I need something that I can wear for hours on end without being uncomfortable. I found the audio popping to be quite distracting and, in some cases, even painful to my ears. I found the audio isolation to be very poor as well. The ear cups bleed sound both in an out. There is also no noise cancelling and, at this price point, that should be a given. To replace these I purchased the JBL Quantum 800. Aside from being slightly less comfortable on my ears and a bit bulky/heavy, I am much happier with them. I started with Steelseries Arctis Wireless Pro but they clamped way too tightly on my head and smashed my ears to the point that my ears would ache for hours after wearing them for only a short period of time. I didn't think it would be this hard to find a good wireless headset but it turns out it's not that easy. Good luck!

Right now, I use with the PC and it's been great playing Death Stranding with these on. Very comfortable. I got the Mod Kit direct from Astro but haven't installed it yet. These are great gaming headphones.
