i jad so many issues with the astro a50 i saw on youtube every one has the same problem stay away, not wroth the 300 price tag at all

Do yourself a favor and don't buy this for 300$. It's an amazing headset but honestly the sound cuts off randomly for a second or two pretty often. I returned them and got the same headset and hoped mine was faulty, nope same issue . I really liked the headset in every way basically but for 300$ I don't want to put up with not being able to hear when I'm playing a game every 3-10 minutes .

It is great with a desktop or a laptop; however, with the Slim PS4, it is more complicated since it requires a different cord (USB-optical cord), which is not being supplied.

My only complaint with the new generation 3's is that its hard to get them to sit in the cradle to charge correctly. It takes a bit of playing every time to make sure the contact is right.

These headphones have the best sound quality I have ever used for gaming. The wireless range is amazing. You can walk around your house and still be connected

My boys have a few different headsets this model seems to work very well. However I would definitely get the protection plan.

I bought these two years ago. They were almost the best you could buy. Now, the battery doesn’t hold a charge for more than 4 hours.

After trying many wireless head sets and not like how the fit and found buff, this pair was great! The down fall is drain battery life recommend that you get battery charger.

Clear, great sound, everything is nice, but i wish they would stay connected!

Works great with playstation or on pc. My son is on his second pair. The first stopped charging after 6 months. Make sure you get the geek squad warranty.

The only bad thing is it last maybe 10 hours on full charger but put it on the dock when you're done using it everytime and turn it off and you will be good

Over all my fiancé loves it we did have to return it due to a piece breaking. One thing he does complain about it that is doesn’t alway charge on the charger

Disappointed with headphones overall. Sound is fine. Biggest issue I’ve had is balance between game and voice chat.

I've had this headset for a year and a half and have had nothing but connectivity and charging issues with it on both the PS4 and PC from day one. the transmitter is 3 feet away from me and still disconnects constantly. I even tried moving the base station a bunch of times. I've tried updating the firmware and that changed nothing. half the time i can't get it to charge on the dock (awful design with the stupid little pins that the headset has to perfectly touch or it doesn't charge). it will just sit there and flash that it isn't on the dock right. no matter how many times I try to get it to charge it's usually half dead because of this. Half the time the headset doesn't even register that it's plugged in directly to the computer with a usb........not worth the $300

Bought this for my husband for Valentine’s Day. He loves it and I also love it as my home is no longer consumed in the war zones of Call of Duty. lol

Absolutely my most favorite headset I’ve owned thus far, but I had to return it because it kept dying over night whether it was being used or not

Amazing headsets, i have had the older generations and they were great. This one is no different with the exception that it got better with the charging dock!!!

Great headphones! Not only do they work great with my PS4 and are super simple to set up. They are great for watching tv late at night when everyone else is in bed.
