Bad firmware. Headset stops working with power on and cannot shut it off by pressing power button. No reset of any kind so had to wait 2 days for battery to die then works correctly after recharging, which is good except it happen twice in 5 days. Looked it up and is a known issue with no fix. Returned because $300 is too much for something that might or might not work day to day then when it doesn't having to wait 2 days to use again is BS for a supposedly high end product.

I love these...the sound is awesome and how you can turn it up louder. I returned my A40 TRs and my steel series 800 for these and dont regret it. The only con is the batteries.

I really like this headset, it's super comfortable and has great sound. However the mic adapter that comes with this for Xbox One is garbage. You will need to get the Xbox One stereo headset adapter and that's another $30.. It's is unfortunate you have to spend extra money because the adapter that comes with this product is useless especially when the product is $300 itself.

These headphones sound amazing! It doesn't matter if I am playing a game or watching a movie, I feel like I am at the movies with the sound clarity and bass levels. I love them!

Great headphones, easy to set up and sound great. Only downside is that they are a bit pricey.

All wireless is better option. All in all a great headset

I use to have a couple other head sets but the Astro head set is the best it is easy to use and doesn't take much to set it up how ever the hole plugging it into the computer to update software is a bit inconvenient out her wise I love them

These are hands down and by far the best headsets iv ever had in my life.. Don't let the batteries run down that's the only down side

This is one of the best gaming headsets available on the market. I like it compared to the A40s because the wires on the A40s are not long enough to reach my couch from my tv. And i don't have a bunch of wires laying around to trip on.

The set up took a min after firmware update due to a syc issues but once I got it I have not had an issue since.

Love these headphones! It cancels out noise so others can go about their own business, talking, listening to music, etc. And it doesn't bother me and I don't bother them! (:

This is one of the best wireless headsets you can purchase for your consoles. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for the best.

Great headset. Super easy to setup and to adjust for different types of use. Only thing that I wish it had is a mute button instead of having to put mic in the upright position. But this is a very small issue.

Bought this headset and it was amazing at first but the chat adapter cuts in and out and causes the controller to restart and a loud cracking sound. Had it replaced and the same thing happen.. Ended up replacing it with the Turtle Beach Elite 800x... Sound quality on the Astros are amazing and wish they would fix this issue so I could get them again!

At first the headset did amazing sound quality through bluetooth and the set up was extremely easy. But over the last couple months i keep having problems with the chat cable not working and i have to unplug it and plug it back in to work. The bluetooth becomes hit and miss sometimes even at close range. But overall it was a great purchase.

system had issues in the beginning had to trade for another. Volume control needs to be looked at.

I bought this thinking it would be be the best headset! And I believe it hasn't dissapointed me yet. Between the amazing sound quality and the range. I can walk around everywhere in my house and still get great quality sound. The voice is perfect. All my friends say I sound like I'm at their house. The way the sounds feel is he best feature. I know that may not look right but trust me. You can feel the explosions. It's like the gernade blew up right at my feet.

So far, I love the performance and sound from my headset. The instructions were difficult to understand and need to be re-written, in my opinion. Also, there is nothing in the instructions to explain how to set the headset up to just watch TV with the headset. We had to go online to watch a Youtube video on how to set this up.

Great sound, that being said it's a very unfortunate step backwards in technology as a 300.00 head set. There are far less expensive headsets that require not cords with the xbox one. This requires a cord between the headset and controler. The number one breaking component on headsets and controllers that make for costly repairs.

I purchased these over the turtle beaches couple years ago for my boyfriend and yes they are better than the turtle beaches but sometimes they still have issues such as volume and the mic won't work and they won't turn off until they die of charge.. weird
